Love is a Frequency that Protects

Love is not weakness. Neither is feeling our feelings, or sensing the emotions of others. As a part of being sensitive humans, and there are a lot of us, the act of caring, loving and wanting a better life for ourselves and others is not a weakness. In fact, love is a frequency that protects.

Heart connection and the skill of tuning into the inner signals of our personal inner yes increases our ability to connect with our instincts balancing the mind that at times wants to overpower us, causing anxiety, stress, and misalignment with our connection to the heart space and our intuition. We are fundamentally out of alignment with love frequency when we are disconnected from the heart space.
When we connect to the frequency of love in the process of connecting to the heart space, this heart connection amplifies energy flow through the energy systems of the body including meridians, the chakras and other subtle energy channels. Focusing on the flow of love energy has a powerful impact on the energy systems, balancing and calibrating, shifting blocked energy, bringing strength to our energy bubble giving us a greater sense of protection.

Love is a frequency that protects and strengthens our energy channels and the energy field around us. Love helps us to feel into the entirety of our being, with a depth of acceptance that is a powerful transformative agent.


Visualising Your Protective Love-Bubble

  1. Placing a hand over the center of the chest, the heart energy center, and the other hand over the lower belly below the belly button, with your eyes closed visualise a circle around you that extends at least an arms length away from our body encircling us.
  2. The space is filled by light bright energy AND unconditional love in this meditation. This space around you is like a cushion of energy which is a part of your energy system and holds within it core energy frequencies that are a part of you.
  3. Set the intention to bring the love frequency in to balance and neutralise energies not for your highest good. Examples: softly releasing the emotions of others, noticing emotions of anger or sadness that might be stuck, conflict with past/ present relationships consuming thoughts and energy.
  4. Stay with this visualisation or meditation of the love bubble for 5+ mins.
  5. Visualise the brightness in parts that are dimmer, noticing any changes as you observe your love bubble as you bring more love energy into the space.
  6. Be gentle. Let it be without expectation. Simply witness.
